This 'law' is a sign of the fascism that is creeping into Britain. Free speech - exposure of contractual relationships - must be reinstated. If I were to attempt to publicise the potential immorality of someone's contractual relationships I would be providing a public service. It won't be long before arms dealers start claiming the same cover for their evil trade, and factory food chains, GMO importers, etc etc and their will thus be no press or public freedom to put pressure on these anti-social activities. Before we know it we will be in a full-blown fascist state and we will have no one to blame but ourselves for letting it happen. BTW is it true that a D-notice (covering national security!) was applied to the court case and did any independent journalists manage to report on it, and where can I find the news report?
